the sprawling front yard is filled with amazingly tall, heavy-leaved maples and oaks. both of which turn beautiful in the fall and then often creepy in the winter.

it's not uncommon to find students hanging out under these trees year round!

the lake is one of the most fun places to hang out on the grounds in the summer. it's lovely with a small, faux-sand beach and a little hut you can change in.

occasionally in the winter it will freeze over enough to skate on, too.

the woods are a creepy place most of the students avoid. well the former ruling classes anyway. the woods are as creepy as the ones on movies, with trees that have branches so close together it's a wonders you can see at all!

also, there was.. the "incident" twelve years ago where that boy and girl were attacked and the girl was killed by a wolf. and those same wolves still live in these woods, so watch out!
